We are looking for a Product Designer II to join the Customer Experience team, who will build new experiences to drive broader adoption with members and business customers. You will help our customers improve the overall health, well-being and satisfaction of their employees and dependents, prevent burnout, increase productivity, reduce sick absenteeism, and attract and compete for top talent. What you’ll be doing:
• Discover
• Work with the User Research team to continue learning about our customers and their goals.
• Translate product requirements into innovative designs that achieve measurable results

What we’re looking for:
• You’ve worked for 3+ years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization ideally with data scientists, engineers, and product designers.
• Design: Expertise with Figma and prototyping. Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. Capable of conducting user research to validate hypotheses and make thoughtful decisions, visual design work, and copywriting. A portfolio of strong mobile design, visual design, interaction design, and product design work. You can generate numerous potential solutions to a problem. More importantly, you can screen out bad ideas and identify good ones. In our design environment, a designer needs the ability to brainstorm without ego attachment to any particular idea.

We are seeking a channel partner Implementation Manager to join our team! The Channel Implementation Manager will work to integrate and implement our Partners to create a smooth and delightful experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced solutions-oriented enterprise project manager with a proven track record working in a cross-functional implementation role in a fast paced environment. Join a fast paced agile team developing Microservices built on Spring Boot and Restful API. Looking for Sr. JAVA developers with Spring Boot and AWS experience. Angular skill is nice to have.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Advanced proficiency in coding in Java 8, Spring Boot, Micro Services technologies

Work on cloud transformation effort, move application components to AWS, update code, create/run CICD pipeline

Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in new/revised applications or large/complex development projects.

Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.

Proven ability to come up with design solutions/options, and ability to collaborate with enterprise architecture group to move solutions forward

Participate and lead code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each increment adheres to original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns as appropriate.

Participate in all agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration and team retrospectives.

Leverage client DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy in cloud platform, test and promote new or updated features.

Maintaining and updating the project related design documents

Produce high quality code, following and recommending best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience in Java/J2EE technologies

5+ years of development experience with Java 8, Spring boot, Microservices, Spring cloud, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Security and REST Web Services is a must.

Experience with Front End development required (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap)

Advanced javascript framework (e.g.. Angular, React, VueJS) is preferred

Hands-on experience on AWS platform like S3, EBS, EC2, Lambda, Cloudwatch, RDS (Postgres)

Experience with developing REST/JSON APIs using Java and Spring

Competent in distributed systems design and implementation. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and test-driven development.|

Advanced proficiency in unit testing/Mockito as well as coding in Java 8 and Spring Boot technologies

Experience in testing automation using Junit 5/Mockito, Cucumber

Hands-On experience with database development using SQL

Knowledge of UNIX (Linux) environment

Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle

Experience working in Agile environment, including SAFe

Good communication skills

Experienced in mentoring and directing development and automation teams

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $86,200 – $125,500*
