Spring Health is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead design across Growth and New Business. You will partner with Strategy, Product, and Engineering to create net new consumer-grade member experiences. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success Operations, the Customer Success Event Coordinator will provide onsite and virtual event set-up and coordination as well as oversee event execution, ensuring that customers and members are consistently satisfied.
What you’ll be doing
• Planning and facilitating events from start to finish including but not limited to coordinating proper set-up, planning shipping and event travel, handling follow up of event leads and coordinating with event organizer
