We are looking for a Product Designer II to join the Customer Experience team, who will build new experiences to drive broader adoption with members and business customers. You will help our customers improve the overall health, well-being and satisfaction of their employees and dependents, prevent burnout, increase productivity, reduce sick absenteeism, and attract and compete for top talent. And we will demonstrate clear, world-class ROI to customers. The candidate will directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction. You will join a blossoming cross-functional Product team, focused on and measured by outcomes, and empowered to drive KPIs and business results. What you’ll be doing:
• Discover
• Work with the User Research team to continue learning about our customers and their goals.
• Translate product requirements into innovative designs that achieve measurable results
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our customers and members throughout their journey, and advocate for solutions based on their needs and pain points
• Design
• Work on design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
• Communication
• Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process to broader stakeholders
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Generate design work plans; accurately estimate work items and communicate dependencies and issues as necessary.
• Collaborate
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, user research, and business stakeholders to brainstorm and solve for key roadmap priorities.
• Support engineering through every stage of the product lifecycle to ensure designs match specifications and perform well in production

What we’re looking for:
• You’ve worked for 3+ years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization ideally with data scientists, engineers, and product designers.
• Design: Expertise with Figma and prototyping. Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. Capable of conducting user research to validate hypotheses and make thoughtful decisions, visual design work, and copywriting. A portfolio of strong mobile design, visual design, interaction design, and product design work. You can generate numerous potential solutions to a problem. More importantly, you can screen out bad ideas and identify good ones. In our design environment, a designer needs the ability to brainstorm without ego attachment to any particular idea.
• Collaborative: Effectively collaborate and communicate cross-functionally to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on and solve them.

We are seeking a channel partner Implementation Manager to join our team! The Channel Implementation Manager will work to integrate and implement our Partners to create a smooth and delightful experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced solutions-oriented enterprise project manager with a proven track record working in a cross-functional implementation role in a fast paced environment. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity.

What you’ll be doing:
• Project manage Partner Implementations, working with Business Development, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Infosec, Sales, Legal, Finance and any other needed team
• Report on status of implementation, inefficiencies, and all project-related metrics
• Support internal and external R&D teams to set up SSO & API for each partner where required
• Set up eligibility, billing, and administrative functions with each partner
• Establish and nurture relationships with Partner teams
• Support Sales and Customer success teams with any Partner-related questions or improvements
• Work with product & engineering to identify and develop any integration needs

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. You will be focused on supporting the daily relationships with our existing partners. The Senior Manager of Business Operations will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring the Operational aspects of new service offerings; once programs are up and running, the Senior Manager will be responsible for integrating oversight into core Operations. They are a generalist that will work across many programs, including, but not limited to, supporting our growing global business line, expansion into the payer market, and efforts to improve the efficiency of our Core business. They will report to the Director of Business Operations.

The Director of Growth will be responsible for the leadership of our rapidly growing and evolving Clinical Recruiting and Referral Concierge teams. This person will deeply understand Spring Health’s provider and member supply and demand dynamics and obsesses over provider capacity. They will work cross-functionally to ensure we’re building and engaging a provider network to meet all existing and future member care needs. This person will report into the Sr. Director of Provider Operations.

What you’ll be doing
• Provide leadership, organizational development, and operations thought partnership to our rapidly growing Clinical Recruiting and Referral Concierge teams
• Own and maintain Growth Team capacity model (informing internal headcount needs) & budget
• Monitor, deeply understand, and evolve weekly and monthly provider capacity KPIs
• Develop and implement cross-functional strategies to optimize provider capacity and utilization in support of broader provider strategy
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand new business and member growth, and the impact on provider capacity and network needs
• Collaborate with Clinical Recruiting leaders, Provider Partnerships, Med Affairs, Marketing to strategize and execute on creative and forward-thinking provider growth tactics
• Support Clinical Recruiting leaders on provider hiring forecasting, recruitment strategy, operational efficiency (e.g. increasing provider pipeline, driving down time to recruit high-quality providers)
• Support Referral Concierge leaders on new referral strategies (e.g. segmenting referrals by type & creating unique playbooks for highest volume types) & continuing to drive operational efficiencies (e.g. time to completed referral, CN process to refer)
• Evolve and continue to ensure cross-functional & customer knowledge of the Referral Concierge function
