The Payer Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing Spring Health integrations with Insurance Carriers nationally and will report to the Payer Solutions Manager. The ideal candidate has experience working within or alongside Payers and is motivated by the opportunity to work in a high-growth startup environment. We are seeking an individual with a deep passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare delivered in a compassionate and precise manner. This is a cross-functional role that will require skilled relationship management, follow-through, and comfort with ambiguity.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Carrier integrations, with a collaborative approach.
• Manage Carrier account relationships and keep integrations on track throughout the lifetime of the Partnership.
• Work cross-functionally with Billing and Benefits, Partnership Success, Sales, Quality and Compliance and Care Operations to ensure access and cost transparency for members.
• Build clear, repeatable processes that will set the team up for success at scale.
• Field Carrier-related questions from Sales, Customer Success, Billing and benefits, and other internal teams, setting them up for success.
• Work closely with Billing to successfully test claims and leverage Carrier Partnerships to solve claims routing, benefit questions and billing issues.
