Partnering across our marketing, sales, customer success, and business development teams, the Senior Manager of Events will lead our overall events strategy for all events, including conference/tradeshow sponsorships; VIP hosted events for clients, prospects, and other audiences; and member-facing events – across all formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid), and will ensure best-in-class, exceptional execution and success of them.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Raise the bar for all Spring Health events by evaluating, updating, and making continual improvements to our events strategy and the execution of our events
• Streamline event processes from requests to selection through to delivery and measurement, ensuring the events team is always prioritizing the most impactful events; setting the right KPIs for each event and event type; leveraging technology to assist with tight processes, exceptional execution, and measurement; and setting clear timelines and expectations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build the end-to-end playbook, top-of-funnel pipeline generation events and webinar programs, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
• Establish measurable objectives and success criteria, including pre-and-post evaluations and ROI analysis, and work with Marketing Operations to track, measure and report accordingly
• Set SLAs and air-tight processes with Marketing Operations and other teams, ensuring list management, outreach, and measurement follow consistent, proven, approaches
• Work with each Event Marketing Lead to develop program goals, objectives, and measure the success of every program consistently.
• Strategize, build, and execute integrated event campaigns via email campaigns, paid ads, etc. to drive engagement pre-event and post-event.
• Guide and partner cross-functionally to ensure pre-event outreach and post-event follow up is exceptional and supports the success of our events.
• Identify, manage and reconcile Event Team budget
• Review and process contracts, and ensure proper timing of outbound payments
• Manage corporate swag and collateral for marketing and sales use
• Provide coaching and playbooks for the successful planning and on-site participation for in-person events
• Coach and develop a team of events professionals

What We Expect From You
• 7+ years of experience building and managing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, with at least 3+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company
• Experience delivering a variety of event types and formats for the different audiences a company serves
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, building and leading a high-functioning events team
• A history of approaching events with an analytical, results-driven mindset
• A history of creativity when approaching events to help brands “stand out” from the noise
• A strong knowledge of leveraging technology to deliver best-in-class, highly measurable event experiences
• Exceptional prioritization, project management, and budget management skills
• Must be results-oriented and have the ability to succeed in a collaborative startup environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Must be open to 20%+ travel, once events fully return to in-person
• Familiarity with the health benefits and/or mental health benefits industry a plus

Capable of conducting user research to validate hypotheses and make thoughtful decisions, visual design work, and copywriting. A portfolio of strong mobile design, visual design, interaction design, and product design work. You can generate numerous potential solutions to a problem. We are seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to join our team! The Sr. Implementation Manager will own the process of our product’s deployment from sales hand-off to customer launch. We are looking for a solutions-oriented project manager who is enthusiastic about the customer experience and is excited by the opportunity to own the full implementation process of some of our largest enterprise customers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation process through regularly scheduled customer meetings

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of customer-facing work experience implementing complex, multi-faceted projects with a consultative approach

• Outstanding communication skills with a thoughtful and collaborative approach to relationships

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be focused on supporting the daily relationships with our existing partners and report into the Senior Director of Customer Success. Spring Health is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead design across Growth and New Business. You will partner with Strategy, Product, and Engineering to create net new consumer-grade member experiences. You will also move forward the adoption of Spring Health across our book of business through UX research, design strategies, and experimentation with empathy for our prospective and current members at the center of it all.
What you’ll being doing:
• As a Product Design Manager, you will lead and manage teams to ensure our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution
• In this role, you’ll be a foundational member on the leadership team, working together with your counterparts in strategy, engineering, data science, UX research, and other disciplines to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team to build great products addressing real user needs
• You will be expected to utilize your full range of people management skills, product strategy, product design, interaction design, and visual design skills
• Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product designers and leaders that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets
• Responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritization, and building a culture of design excellence
• Lead and oversee the user experience of products from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products for our billions of users
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Spring Health products
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
• Define, craft and evolve designs within visual systems and/or standard
• Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship
• Cultivate a healthy design process for the team, and be a key contributor to your organization’s product strategy
• Effectively communicate your team’s product goals (both within the team and outside the team), and connect related projects across the company so that problems or joint decisions can be resolved quickly
What we expect from you:
• 3+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
• 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
• Experience building and shipping applications or software across a variety of platforms
• Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking with the experience developing product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
• A willingness to fail and learn
• An earnest, mature, and ego-free attitude that welcomes candid feedback
