Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2 billion.

Spring Health is looking for a Product Designer II to join our Caregivers Experience team. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and peer designers to create a world-class care delivery experience for our caregivers — therapists, psychologists, coaches, care navigators, and more — and set Spring Health up for long-term, sustained success. You’ll also work closely with our mental health care subject matter experts, strategists, and operations teams, giving you exposure to a wide variety of learning opportunities. You will contribute to the look, feel, and interactions of our web app in designing workflows that caregivers use every day to take care of their clients. You will evolve healthcare design best practices towards a more compassionate, accessible, and measurement-based future.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define: Work within and help expand our design patterns to deliver impactful experiences. Enable your cross functional team to remain focused.

What we expect from you:
• 3+ years of experience as a product designer at a digital product company contributing to or leading the design of product experiences. At least 1 year of experience in healthcare is required.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teammates, as well as managing/communicating with external stakeholders.
• Excellent product, interaction, and visual design. Multiple examples of your ability to design best in class user interfaces. A portfolio of strong interaction design, visual design, product design, and impact/metric-focused work.

• Love for design: you’re not satisfied with the status quo and always think of ways to improve.

– Above all, you are empathetic, generous, and curious. You understand that our product can have a significant impact on real lives and you put users first in every decision you make.

What we’d love to see:
