Partnering across our marketing, sales, customer success, and business development teams, the Senior Manager of Events will lead our overall events strategy for all events, including conference/tradeshow sponsorships; VIP hosted events for clients, prospects, and other audiences; and member-facing events – across all formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid), and will ensure best-in-class, exceptional execution and success of them.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Raise the bar for all Spring Health events by evaluating, updating, and making continual improvements to our events strategy and the execution of our events
• Streamline event processes from requests to selection through to delivery and measurement, ensuring the events team is always prioritizing the most impactful events; setting the right KPIs for each event and event type; leveraging technology to assist with tight processes, exceptional execution, and measurement; and setting clear timelines and expectations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build the end-to-end playbook, top-of-funnel pipeline generation events and webinar programs, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
• Establish measurable objectives and success criteria, including pre-and-post evaluations and ROI analysis, and work with Marketing Operations to track, measure and report accordingly
• Set SLAs and air-tight processes with Marketing Operations and other teams, ensuring list management, outreach, and measurement follow consistent, proven, approaches
• Work with each Event Marketing Lead to develop program goals, objectives, and measure the success of every program consistently.
• Strategize, build, and execute integrated event campaigns via email campaigns, paid ads, etc. to drive engagement pre-event and post-event.
• Guide and partner cross-functionally to ensure pre-event outreach and post-event follow up is exceptional and supports the success of our events.
• Identify, manage and reconcile Event Team budget
• Review and process contracts, and ensure proper timing of outbound payments
• Manage corporate swag and collateral for marketing and sales use
• Provide coaching and playbooks for the successful planning and on-site participation for in-person events
• Coach and develop a team of events professionals

What We Expect From You
• 7+ years of experience building and managing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, with at least 3+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company
• Experience delivering a variety of event types and formats for the different audiences a company serves
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, building and leading a high-functioning events team
• A history of approaching events with an analytical, results-driven mindset
• A history of creativity when approaching events to help brands “stand out” from the noise
• A strong knowledge of leveraging technology to deliver best-in-class, highly measurable event experiences
• Exceptional prioritization, project management, and budget management skills
• Must be results-oriented and have the ability to succeed in a collaborative startup environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Must be open to 20%+ travel, once events fully return to in-person
• Familiarity with the health benefits and/or mental health benefits industry a plus
• Start-up experience a plus

The Senior Manager of Business Operations will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring the Operational aspects of new service offerings; once programs are up and running, the Senior Manager will be responsible for integrating oversight into core Operations. They are a generalist that will work across many programs, including, but not limited to, supporting our growing global business line, expansion into the payer market, and efforts to improve the efficiency of our Core business. They will report to the Director of Business Operations.

• Contribute to business cases that qualitatively and quantitatively justify the development of new programs and program enhancements
• Design and implement new, measurable processes that will be able to scale as membership grows
• Project manage cross-functional tasks and deadlines required to successfully meet internal and client timelines; proactively escalate risks to leadership
• Develop capacity and budget models and advocate for the ops resources needed to support new programs
• Monitor the end-to-end health of new program offerings; consistently represent the health of the program, as well as requirements for improvement
• Facilitate the integration of new programs into core Operations
• Partner with Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that new program is represented appropriately in the market
• Support Product in the design and implementation of new technology features

As an experienced Program Manager, you are someone who thrives in making order out of chaos. You can take new strategic plans and work towards executing on them. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team. You will help to define our product and engineering roadmaps and work as a part of a cross-functional product team to find elegant solutions to mental healthcare’s many problems. We are an award-winning, passionate, and mission-driven team with the support of leaders in psychiatry, and backed by prominent VCs including Rethink, RRE, and General Catalyst.

About the Role
At Spring Health we believe that data-driven technology and decision making is a critical part of solving the thorny, complex challenges of provider quality and accessibility in a broken system. We are looking for an experienced Sr Data Engineer who cares about impact, ownership, cross-functional projects, and mentorship.
What you’ll be doing:
• Be part of a team of innovative engineers working on core pieces of our data infrastructure, pipelines, and data services underlying our product
• Lead and contribute to the code, systems and integrations
• Work on implementing and designing a data warehouse for all data use cases
• Work with stakeholders on requirements and solutions for data pipelines and data views
• Partner with Data Engineering and other stakeholders to improve our data platform
• Work with data scientists on the team when you discover game-changing opportunities for larger modeling and machine learning projects
What we expect from you:
• Ability to write high-quality code in Python (or related languages) and a track record of shipping impactful data projects
• Experience in building fault-tolerant data pipelines with logging, alerting and data validation that goes beyond simple scripting
• Experience implementing and designing data warehouses using MPP databases such as AWS Redshift, Snowflake or BigQuery
• Ability to build data models using SQL for business analysts to consume with a data governance focus
• Data visualization experience a plus such as Tableau, Looker
• Experience working with highly sensitive data in a healthcare environment
• A track record of making quality vs. deadline tradeoffs in fast paced environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to generate consensus and buy-in within the team
• Organizational skills and the ability to simplify complex problems and prioritize what matters most for the sake of the team and the business
• Experience applying data and analytics concepts to business problems cross-functionally
• Proven success in partnering with and explaining data and analytics concepts to non-technical team members at any level of seniority
• Humble, scrappy, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments
