Spring Health is looking for a Product Designer II to join our Caregivers Experience team. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and peer designers to create a world-class care delivery experience for our caregivers — therapists, psychologists, coaches, care navigators, and more — and set Spring Health up for long-term, sustained success. You’ll also work closely with our mental health care subject matter experts, strategists, and operations teams, giving you exposure to a wide variety of learning opportunities. You will contribute to the look, feel, and interactions of our web app in designing workflows that caregivers use every day to take care of their clients. You will evolve healthcare design best practices towards a more compassionate, accessible, and measurement-based future.
What you’ll be doing:

• Discover: Work with your team to identify and understand opportunities for our Caregivers Experience. Support ongoing research initiatives.
• Define: Work within and help expand our design patterns to deliver impactful experiences. Enable your cross functional team to remain focused.
• Plan: Carry strategic projects through all the steps in the design process including: product thinking, product and user research, user analysis, ideation, design, testing and validation, and post-launch activities/evaluations.
• Improve: Uplevel the interaction and usability of our web app.
• Distribute: Partner with design, product, engineering, and data science to create measurable experiences for our Caregivers Experience team.
• Document: Help everyone at the organization understand design decisions and progress through high quality documentation and guidance.
• Advocate: Be a design ambassador. Communicate the value of design and connect dots across products, services, and orgs.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer at a digital product company contributing to or leading the design of product experiences. At least 1 year of experience in healthcare is required.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teammates, as well as managing/communicating with external stakeholders.
• Excellent product, interaction, and visual design. Multiple examples of your ability to design best in class user interfaces. A portfolio of strong interaction design, visual design, product design, and impact/metric-focused work.
• Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. Understanding of latest accessibility and usability standards. Comfortable contributing to Design Systems.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate cross-functionally to solve problems.
• Make thoughtful decisions and have experience using qualitative and quantitative data along with experimentations to evaluate hypotheses.
• Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
• Capable of conducting user research and copywriting.
• An understanding of how your designs will be implemented. Rudimentary understanding of modern engineering frameworks such as React.

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute and optimize against campaign goals, which may include, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media (SEM & social), content syndication, events promotion, sponsored programs, and emerging digital channels.
What you’ll be doing:

• Optimize and execute a variety of digital marketing campaigns that effectively target, engage, and convert our core audiences, which include prospects, channel partners and providers
• Support the delivery of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue, leveraging key channels such as paid media, content syndication and more

• Expertise with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven track record of making data driven decisions to achieve company KPIs
• Proven ability to accurately report on marketing budgets and KPIs
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast paced and high growth startup environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality campaigns that serve a variety of business objectives

What we’re looking for:
• You’ve worked for 3+ years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization ideally with data scientists, engineers, and product designers.
• Design: Expertise with Figma and prototyping. Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products. Capable of conducting user research to validate hypotheses and make thoughtful decisions, visual design work, and copywriting. A portfolio of strong mobile design, visual design, interaction design, and product design work. You can generate numerous potential solutions to a problem. We are seeking a channel partner Implementation Manager to join our team! The Channel Implementation Manager will work to integrate and implement our Partners to create a smooth and delightful experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced solutions-oriented enterprise project manager with a proven track record working in a cross-functional implementation role in a fast paced environment. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity.

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Platform team, working with Engineering, Data Science, Dev Ops, and Information Security to create a world class mental healthcare experience for our Members. We are looking for a Director of Growth to join the Provider Operations team. The Provider Operations team’s mission is to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. The Director of Growth will be responsible for the leadership of our rapidly growing and evolving Clinical Recruiting and Referral Concierge teams. This person will deeply understand Spring Health’s provider and member supply and demand dynamics and obsesses over provider capacity. They will work cross-functionally to ensure we’re building and engaging a provider network to meet all existing and future member care needs. This person will report into the Sr. Director of Provider Operations.

What you’ll be doing
• Provide leadership, organizational development, and operations thought partnership to our rapidly growing Clinical Recruiting and Referral Concierge teams
• Own and maintain Growth Team capacity model (informing internal headcount needs) & budget
• Monitor, deeply understand, and evolve weekly and monthly provider capacity KPIs
• Develop and implement cross-functional strategies to optimize provider capacity and utilization in support of broader provider strategy
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand new business and member growth, and the impact on provider capacity and network needs
• Collaborate with Clinical Recruiting leaders, Provider Partnerships, Med Affairs, Marketing to strategize and execute on creative and forward-thinking provider growth tactics
• Support Clinical Recruiting leaders on provider hiring forecasting, recruitment strategy, operational efficiency (e.g. increasing provider pipeline, driving down time to recruit high-quality providers)
• Support Referral Concierge leaders on new referral strategies (e.g. segmenting referrals by type & creating unique playbooks for highest volume types) & continuing to drive operational efficiencies (e.g. time to completed referral, CN process to refer)
• Evolve and continue to ensure cross-functional & customer knowledge of the Referral Concierge function

What you’ll be doing:
• Act as a partner with internal teams (finance, operations, etc) to proactively translate their data questions into actionable dashboards that drive teams’ decisions and behavior
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and operations, and how they tie into Spring Health’s business context
• Develop predictive models for both business and clinical applications, helping the teams understand how decisions we make now may impact the future
• Contribute to the team’s overall Looker strategy, improving our design for how we organize the models and views of our data
• Collaborate with the BI and data engineering teams to implement the Looker design we develop
• Prioritize inbound requests from multiple teams, using business context and collaboration with stakeholders to determine the order in which to approach problems
• Collaborating with teams to understand our business, help craft KPIs and then create reports to measure them
What we expect from you:
