The Navy Training Baseline (NTB) Global Line-Up Engine (GLUE) Web Developer Full Stack III is responsible for the life-cycle engineering of software and interfaces that enable Fleet Live Unit Level Training, Fleet Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Training, and Fleet LVC Joint Training. The GLUE web interface and application server provide a consolidated, interactive, and rich user experience for the entry and distribution of participant and exercise data across local and globally connected training events. NCTE Software Engineering provides modeling and simulation application development, live, virtual and constructive systems integration support, and in-service engineering support to US Fleet Forces (USFF) and the Number Fleets.
