Remote Back-end Web Developer openings in Boston on August 13, 2022

Backend Developer for a Webflow Website at Upwork

Role requiring ‘No experience data provided’
months of experience in None

I am looking for a no-code or low-code back-end website designer to build-out the back-end of a membership site built on Webflow. Some preliminary work has been completed using Memberstack, Integromat (now and Airtable, though other tools can be used.

We would prefer this back end to operate off a single database of member information that my team can update when new investments close. Once this database is updated, the personalized membership information on the website should be automatically updated as well (if Person A just invested $X in new Company A, they should now see on their profile that they invested $X in Company A).

Member Portal

I want my website to contain a portal for members for our investment firm to see and alter their investment and membership status. This includes:

– Seeing a personal visualization of deals they have invested in (perhaps through a pie-chart)

– Seeing figures that summarize their investment history

– Seeing a summary of time remaining in their membership subscription period.

– Altering profile information like email and home address

– Ability to sign-up and renew membership subscription payments via Stripe.

Job Scraping

On top of the member portal, I would like to set up a job listings page on my site that compiles and displays jobs at portfolio companies (companies my investment firm have invested in). On the back-end, this demands some sort of mechanism that crawls each portfolio company’s job listing page for job details, and loads these detail into Webflow CMS. Here’s are some examples: Examples –, (we would prefer not to use Getro).

I already have a front-end designer, so the work described above will only be concerned with creating and launching the systems that allow this membership site to work. In other words, the visual manifestation of this data can be handled by the front-end designer.
